Nice breakfast and lunch spot - Edit
I love that I often see the owner in the kitchen, so I know I’m supporting a small business. Busy Bean is not primarily plant based, but has added vegan meats over the years so that several dishes can be made vegan. You may have to ask a bunch of questions on specific ingredients though. I always feel safe ordering the breakfast burrito, which comes with home fries inside - ask them to make it vegan by holding the egg, using vegan cheese and then add veggies ($.75 per selection.)
