Lo vegano tiene una faceta burrimaki

Una gran combinación de sabores veganos con el estilo de burrito y el sushi, nunca había probado en Sevilla un vegano tan rico

A Vegan's Delight: Burrimaki's Creative Plant-Based Menu

As a vegan, I am always on the lookout for restaurants that cater to my dietary preferences without compromising on taste or creativity. Burrimaki has absolutely blown me away with their innovative and delicious plant-based options! From the moment I stepped foot into this vibrant eatery, I knew I was in for a treat.

First and foremost, let's talk about the star of the show—Burrimaki's vegan sushi rolls. They have truly mastered the art of combining fresh ingredients and unique flavor profiles. The sushi rolls are beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The use of colorful vegetables, perfectly cooked rice, and thoughtfully crafted sauces make each bite an explosion of taste. Whether you prefer the DAHL, BABAGANOUSH or the CHILL rolls, Burrimaki has got you covered.

What sets Burrimaki apart from other sushi joints is its commitment to using high-quality, sustainable ingredients. They source locally whenever possible and prioritize organic produce. Knowing that my meal is not only cruelty-free but also environmentally conscious gives me immense satisfaction. It's a restaurant that aligns with my values, which I greatly appreciate.

Beyond their stellar sushi rolls, Burrimaki offers deli vegan sides that are worth trying on the menu like their hummus or their guac. Their crispy tofu bites are a personal favorite of mine—lightly fried and served with a tangy dipping sauce that enhances the delicate flavors of the tofu. The edamame is always perfectly steamed, and the seaweed salad adds a refreshing touch to any meal.

The staff at Burrimaki deserve a special mention for their exceptional service. They are knowledgeable about vegan options and are more than happy to guide you through the menu, ensuring a delightful experience. Their passion for their craft is evident, and it reflects in every aspect of the dining experience.

In conclusion, if you're a vegan or simply looking to explore plant-based cuisine, Burrimaki is an absolute must-visit in Seville. From their sensational sushi rolls to their delectable sides, they offer a tantalizing array of vegan options

Pros: babaganoush, friendly staff, amazing chocolate vegan mousse :)

Cons: is only in seville at the moment!

Vegan Friendly

Located near the center, small place, gentle staff. It’s a nice choice if you want try its fusion food proposal (sushi burrito). Edamame and hummus as starter options, Babaganoush and Dahl as main options.

Recommend for Vege mainly

I got a Babaganoush with Soy sauce burrimaki, I liked the whole combination and texture of it with the soy chunks. Highly recommend.

Good vegan options

From all vegan options I got chili and Dahl.
I liked the Dahl more, than the chili.

Quite filling with all the rice, kind chef preparing the orders. Outdoor seating is available.

Japanese/Mexican fusion that works.

Wow! I’m the first HappyCow review for this place?!? 😲
Second night in Sevilla and we settled on Burrimaki after a day of walking around town. The restaurant was less than a 10-minute walk across the Puente de Isabelle II.
The food concept is simple packed with lots of flavor. I settled on two different rolls to share with my husband. The first was the Babaganoush and the second, Dahl curry. (They did have a third Chili option, which we didn’t settle on).
The rolls came with the option of chips that are nice and crispy or edamame. We got both.
Both rolls were delicious and just enough to fill us up. We both agreed that this was a place we would frequent again if we lived in town! If I could have, I would have rated this a five-star for the concept and flavors.

Pros: Delicious blends of flavors , Serving size, Take Away packaging is nice and recyclable

Cons: Small location. Limited seating
