We came for the all you can eat Chinese night and the food was incredible! Even my vegetarian mum who loves cheese and my omni dad who has never really eaten vegan food before adored it! We were all stuffed by the end of the night and even though we couldn't finish the last bit of food they offered to put it in a take out box so we could enjoy it at home!

Best vegan meal I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu! I’m usually not a fan of vegan cheese but the mac and cheese here is amazing. Even my meat eating family members loved it and are excited to go back!

Whilst scrolling through Happy Cow on a impromptu trip to Sheffield, I happened upon this place. Wonderful.
Read moreWe arrived at 2.20pm with the kitchen almost ready to close. They didn't have a few things (No cream for Freak Shakes or kebab) still what the did have was outstanding. Having been vegan for 9 months this is the best junk food place I have visited bar none. I will return. The bbq ribs had the right texture and taste of what I remember and my omni partner agreed they were outstanding. Thai fries were to die for and the peanut butter shake a delight. Generous portion sizes and for 2 to dine and drink £30 but well worth it.
I can't recommend this place highly enough. When are you coming to take over Leeds?

stopped by during a weekend trip to the peak district based on the reviews here and wasn't disappointed. Very nice menu. great burgers and sides. Wish I had more time..or hunger ..to try more. If I'm every in the area again I'll definitely be back!

The new expanded menu at Burgerlols is awesome! A group of us were there recently for my friend’s birthday. I had the Hawaiian burger (the faux chicken is mind-blowingly good!) and the fries with jackfruit and mac ‘n’ cheese on.

It is an overpriced and very average cafe, reliant on wheat, fat, and sugar. Tasty but the craven reviews on here are not really reflecting the facts.

Burger lols is an amazing (mainly) burger style cafe I say mainly as they are always adding and improving items and mains on the menu always something making you want to come back and try! Like fish Friday! Plus the freakshakes are amazing, I live for binge food and they offer the best vegan alternatives of that! Great taste and value for money! Plus amazing friendly staff :)

Been here multiple times and really sampled the menu, everything is so good and really hits the spot when you need a junk food fix!
Read moreAs a duo, me and my friend have samples the Mac n Cheese, Multiple Hot Dogs, Multiple Burgers, Chicken Strips, Burger Lolz Fries, Chilli Cheese Fries and a selection of the Freakshakes and Milkshakes!
Only thing I would mention is that they can get very busy, there's been a couple of times we've shown up (usually over the weekend) and we either had to wait an extremely long time or couldn't get served at all - or what we wanted wasn't available due to them running out of food when they're really really busy, so just ring ahead if you're making a special trip, to make sure they're still serving.

Feel a bit bad only giving 4 out of 5, would've given 4.5. The Californian burger is excellent. The fries likewise. The seitan or the beetroot version good.

It can be popular / busy making it hard to get a seat at certain times, so you can takeaway (recycle card cartons) and eat in the park opposite. Had trouble getting a seat a few time.
Also, occasionally slow service but worth the wait.
Would be perfect if you could get a lager to go with.

Good food, absolutely huge portions. Definitely try the chicken strips, they're amazing! The freakshakes are impressive (and super sugar filled). The service wasn't great - the person serving us didn't really seem bothered and it took a long time for the food to come. When we ordered our freakshakes (2 of them), they came about ten minutes apart...

Read moreThere was some initial disappointment when they were out of quite a few of the items we ordered but overall everyone was really happy with their food. My son especially enjoyed his GIANT nacho burger . The portions were very generous!
Then came the grand finale, the freakshakes! We ordered a mint chocolate one, peanut butter one and a candy one, they were out of this world and totally worth travelling to Sheffield for.

We went for lunch today and absolutely loved it. The burgers were great and so were the fries. We had a classic burger and chilli burger, they were both amazing and so full of flavour. We didn't stay for shakes but will definitely next time, no question that we're coming again!

This place will brighten anyone's day, whatever your usual diet. The Freak Shakes are obscene, in the very best way :-D. The staff are friendly and helpful, and service is quick. And best of all it's all vegan, so no searching through an off-putting menu trying to find suitable options, I can eat everything.

I had a hotdog and peanut butter shake and my boyfriend had a beetroot mac and cheese burger and mint shake and everything was amazing. The mac and cheese was particularly good and the freak shakes were delicious. Save room though, they are very filling
