Best zero waste shop - Edit
I love The Bare Alternative. It’s great for healthy/natural gifts and to restock your pantry. Opening times are sometimes a bit funky, but in general love going here and want to make it more of a habit again to get all the basics (coffee, pasty, rice, etc.) zero waste. The refill station for washing up liquid is also amazing!

I regularly go here for my refills. Love all the different options, everything is always clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. Bonus points for the oat milk refills! Sadly, not everything is vegan.

Read moreYou can refill everything from laundry detergent and shampoo to olive oil and vinegar, stock up on grains, nuts, dried pulses, dry fruit, pasta, oats, loose tea, coffee beans, chocolate chips, flour, TVP, herbs and spices, anything really... The prices are great and they are happy for people to bring jars they don't need so other customers can use them for free.
They also offer soap bars, razor blades, toothbrushes and the like and even take a range of things to be recycled, such as empty make up packaging, toothpaste tubes, crisp packets, chocolate wrappers and pet food packaging.
We think it's a great place to shop and recommend it to anyone who wants to cut down on their single use plastic!

This place offers a great amount of products for such an affordable price you'll be blown away! They also have containers available if you forgot yours or didn't bring enough.
