A vegan franchise hawker stall?

This is something like the third or fourth Bun Xao Chay Ngon I've put on Google Maps and HappyCow. I've seen two more scattered around the city.
It must be a franchise? Same name. Same phone number. Same ingredients. Same pricing. Same logo. Same opening times. So my Sherlock Holmes detective skills are saying either a franchise or one owner selling on the streets their product with workers.
Anyway consistently good. Consistently cheap.
Only 15.000 Dong.
