Best vegan burger in town, but…

…i made the mistake to come here at noon, where the only possibility to sit is outside on the sidewalk at shaky table chairs.

At this time the ordering process is at a counter window where you can get your food packaged in typical cardboard packaging - no plates!

I ordered:
- Farm-to-table burger (only vegan burger)
- fries
- ketchup

When I unpacked my burger at the table, I was amazed by the bubbly surface texture of the bun, and the crispy looking patty paired with fresh lettuce and onions.
The fries were small, but many and mediumly salted - how i like it.

I really really liked the pea gouacamole and the mustardy flavour on this giant burger that I was not able to fit into my mouth all at once - which was annoying as I had no Fork&knive.

All in all i really think it has been a long time since I have eaten a better burger!
As with all Bulle products, they are really pricey, which can be justified by the extremely high quality and hopefully good working conditions there.
I just didn‘t really like the atmosphere of small busy sidewalk with a construction site next to me.

I will come here again - but only if ai know i can get in, or by getting the food by bike.

Cons: No option to sit inside at noon, No dishes, only take away packaging, Only one vegan burger!
