Offerings range from environmental campaigns to house-made fresh noodles, never-frozen buns, house yogurt, house-made sauces, real fermented cheese, and more. All food is freshly made using recycled materials and efficient cooking methods. Does not have a refrigerator because everything is fresh, and does not waste energy. Open Mon-Sun 12:00pm-9:00pm.

Great food, friendly staff - Edit
The Buffalo Trap Bar has delicious food and very friendly staff. The sliders and fresh noodles were amazing. I stayed at Spark Hotel and got room service from here. The food was nice and arrived quickly.

A vegan delight - Edit
I never write reviews, but I have to for this place. The food is amazing. The boat noodles are to die for, and the homemade pickles are delicious. The Animal-style fries and deep-fried Oreos are a must-try. The place is by CANES, and those guys are wizards. The food tastes better than places like Veganerie and Vistro but costs only a fifth of that. Insane! Definitely coming back and bringing friends.
