Vegan cafe located opposite the library with an emphasis on wellness. Also offers a menopause cafe, meditation classes, yoga, and mindfulness classes. Serves a buddha bowl, wraps, tacos, soup of the day, cakes, pies, cookies, and more. Also has a large range of speciality coffees and teas as well as drinking chocolate. Special event nights are held on Saturdays from 7 pm, reservation is required, see info via the social media pages. Reported closed August 2023.

We had seitan quesadillas with side salads, fruit cake and drinks. The seitan quesadillas had tiny pieces of tasty seitan and lots of salad and just the right amount of sauce/mayo to be moist and jalapeños. The salads were excellent. A green minty one which was a fab contrast to the jalapeños. A roasted chickpea/rice salad. Great wholefood and low/no oil as we like. Cake light and fruity and not too sweet but the icing was very sweet. Everything was lovely. The cafe was empty and relaxed. The menu was a little confusing as there were blackboards with different options and prices etc.

Stopped here on our way to Jamaica Inn. Launceston is a lovely town and this cafe is wonderful. Would love to live nearby and attend the yoga classes and menopause cafe! I had the bagel with pastrami and smoked cheese and my husband had the onion bhaji wrap with sag aloo. Both were delicious. We also bought cookies and a slice of fruit cake to take away. Really nice place to visit if you are in the area.

Loved this little place. Popped in for lunch on the way home from a long weekend away. Great atmosphere with delicious food on offer. I had the wrap of the day which was delicious. The selection on offer was immense, I wish we lived closer so we could sample them all. The takeaway peanut butter flapjacks were a great treat once we got home.

Just moved to the area and had read about it. Such a cool place. Was craving soul food after a rough night, sat outside in the sun with my Bhudda bowl, not only was it delicious but really revived me.

Gorgeous food and lovely staff who couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful. Everything we ordered was lush - from avocado on toast to quesadillas, milkshakes and cakes. Will definitely visit again whenever we are back in the area.

Very knowledgeable owners, lots of choice, eat inside or outside (also takeaway). Opening times evolving as we come through the Pandemic madness, currently open most days except Sunday and Monday. Very popular at lunchtime and we could see why - the food is lovely. Parking available just opposite. Highly recommended

Read moreWe attended an Italian themed evening, where there were choices of an aubergine & caper bake, spag bol, stuffed crust barbecued jackfruit pizza and a falafel/med veg pizza. We tried all but the spag bol - all well-presented and delicious (plus garlic bread). Then enjoyed Biscoff brownies with ice cream.
There's a good range of beverages too.
The cafe itself is beautifully set out and has a positive, relaxing atmosphere.
The prices were good value, the staff very friendly and we've already booked to go back another Saturday evening.
