Best bowl variety eva - Edit
So hard to choose from the wide variety on the menu. The Tamari Noodle Bowl was better than expected: flavoursome, crispy and fresh! From the happy crowd at the Buddha Bowl today, I’d say everything would be great. I’ll be back!

Buddha bowl - Edit
This place is a bit off the beaten track (Enmore Road). I had a Bedoiun Bowl it had kale, scoop of beetroot and carrot puree, scoop of hommus, wild rice, two small falafel waffles topped with a creamy (vegan) tahini dressing. Delicious $18. Then washed down with a Berry boost- mixed berries, banana, mango, dates, chia seeds. $9. Took a choc muffin away. Has outdoors seating. I noticed they have Kombucha on tap. It got the Happy Cow sticker.
Read moreRevisited this gem of a place had a chick pea and potato curry on a bed of brown rice. $16 and drink of banana smoothie $9.
Was very nice not overly seasoned perfect in fact. Everyone should get here and try once, twice, three ......times.
Came here today 25th with a mixed group of vegan, vegetarian and carnis. They totally enjoyed the lunch. The owner Adam placed on the table a number of dishes kale, mushrooms, quinoa, cabbage salad, various hommus dips, dressings, cashews and pepitas and we made our own salad bowls.
I can't recommend this place so much. A must visit.
Revisited today we had an Aztec Bowl had kale, brown rice, kidney beans, scoop avocado, corn chips and otger goodies. A bowl of noodles, grated carrots, raw cabbage, mixed salad, beans sprouts, peanuts, soy sauce and lemon juice. Finished off with a cacao smoothie.
All was delicious.
Came here for Saturday brunch we had chick pea curry and brown rice bowl, tofu, flat noodles and carrot salad. With chocolate smoothie and cammomile tea. $38. Once again was delicious and accompanied with live music.
Buddha Bowl's 2nd birthday. They had bbq, dj music, kombucha cocktails and BB cake all was yummy.
revisited Buddha Bowl and was delighted to try their new dish Epic Vegan Brekky Bowl had tofu scrambled, smokey beans, roasted sweet potatoes, balsamic mushrooms, avocado, wilted spinach, kale, roasted capsicum and sour dough. $22. Was delicious, great tasting ingredients. Washed down with a kick starter(banana, medjool dates, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, almond butter, cinnamon, oat mylk($9). Service was great in my top 4 best vegan eatery.
UPDATE: BB Has moved to Enmore Road. will chk it out tomorrah.
We revisited the 'new' BB now located on Enmore Road. I had a Brekky Burrito a bowl with smoke beans, scrambled tofu, roasted capsicum, avocado, kale, with Chipotle mayo.
My partner had Green Power Bowl with quinoa, roasted pumpkin, pan seared asparagus, avocado tahini.
Came here today and can say the food was top notch. I had Brekky Burrito and blue algae smo

Obsessed with their brekky burrito! - Edit
Sure, you've had plenty buddha bowls before, but they certainly go beyond that category, don't be fooled. Chill space, plenty of plant companions, genuinely healthy options. The tofu scramble tastes fantastic and I would gladly have it every day please and thank you. The tamari noodle bowl also has distinct flavors that harmonize beautifully. I originally intended to stop here just for the burrito and have "real" lunch somewhere else, done this wasn't planned. But the menu drew me in and I ended up rolling out of there ecstaically pleased to have eaten delicious healthy food. Additional stars for being 100% vegan of course. I might just have to stop by every time I visit Newtown now, and tasting the entire menu has now become my mission.

Will be returning to try other dishes - Edit
All in all everything was delicious, filling, yet light. I had the chick pea curry bowl and the flavours and textures were great with a nice creamy sauce, but I thought the roti was a tad chewy. My wife had the nacho bowl which was yummy. She said the turmeric latte was the best she'd ever had. Nice atmosphere - loved all the hanging plants - and the staff were very nice.

Good, but pricey - Edit
Had the breakfast bowl. At $24 I can’t say it was worth it, but it was tasty and the service good. Won’t be back, but happy I went once.

Hi John, sorry its too pricey for you this time... you will start to see increases in prices everywhere now I guess. Produce costs alone went up 20% in April. I wish we could keep prices lower but we have to be realistic. Also we have other bowls under $20.. lots of options.. Definitely keen to keep everyone happy and healthy for as low as possible!

I need to try everything … - Edit
This is the perfect vegan cafe in a great location. The menu is extensive and delicious … both food and drinks. I had the French toast and a chai … 10/10 for taste and presentation. I need to go back weekly to try the whole menu! The set up is warm and inviting … great furniture and lots of plants. And the staff are lovely.

Healthy, nutritious bowl - Edit
Had the Bedouin bowl as the staff suggested. I was hungry and the staff said the Bedouin bowl is quite fulfilling. I should have told him I have lil stomach capacity 😆. The first thing I noticed was how delicious the food smell! Then the size of the food in front of me, oh wow, very well priced to say the least. The 2 falafels were fluffy and not oily at all. Very fulfilling with fluffy rice and creamy hummus. From what I see, the majority of the menu is balanced in macro, which make them fulfilling and nutritious, which is a plus point for me.

Unassuming from the outside, beautiful and plant-filled inside with lovely staff and fantastic food. The French toast is the best and so are the breakfast and lunch time bowls, of which there is a good variety to choose from. Very reasonably priced.

The Banana and Coconut French Toast is heaven. The food is great value for organic, creative, plant-based choices.
Read moreI love their plastic-free ethics as well. Also, if you bring your own coffee cup, you get a 50c discount. It's their way of supporting people to reduce their usage of single-use coffee cups.
They are genuine in their plant-based and environmental efforts, not just doing it for the trend factor. I think this place is awesome.
