Also offers a daily menu (classic and fusion), but these are not labeled; however, the fusion daily menu is vegetarian & sometimes vegan. Has a self service salad bar, most of which is vegan. Drinks include made-in-house lemonade and iced tea. Vegans can order a clearly labeled burger, Thai curry, lemongrass curry soup and chips. Vegan desserts include made-in-house ice cream as well as several different popsicle flavors. Available to rent for parties. Open Mon-Sun 8:30am-10:00pm. Hours are seasonal.

Burger trap - be careful what you order here! - Edit
The Buchhorn Burger is labeled vegan menu at the main display in the restaurant and there is no cow meat based burger visible there. However, if you order the Buchhorn Burger they are serving you a cow meat based burger. This meat burger can be found on the online menu of the restaurant only when I was there. The kitchen chief did not understand that the Buchhorn Burger must be vegan by default when they show it in this way only. This is a vegan trap. Be careful what you order there and tell them at least two times that this must be vegan. The vegan green mountain burger is made basically on the same cooking plate as the meat burger patty. And the mayonnaise inside is not tasting like a vegan one. Even two hours after lunch there I am still feeling very sick.

Cons: Vegan options on menu not served, No clear name for the vegan burger, Vegan Burger not separately prepared

Lake view and peaceful ambience with great food - Edit
I had the vegan burger, while my sister had the Thai-Curry. Both were delicious. The lemonade and iced tea, although a little expensive, were also incredible.
Read moreThe burger comes with nachos and some salad. The nachos were exceptionally good. The burger pattie is not homemade, but from green Mountain, a Swiss brand.
The cake was unfortunately not vegan, but the hot weather called for ice cream anyway. The homemade blueberry ice cream was delicious. The range of ice creams varies daily. Unfortunately, it wasn't marked, but the friendly staff were happy to provide information. I will gladly come again.
Pros: peaceful ambience, delicous food, friendly staff
Cons: not all options are marked
