Experience végétarienne gastronomique incroyable - Edit
Nous avons passé un moment hors du temps avec des préparations autour du végétal créative et surprenante.
Read moreBrut propose un menu 4 ou 6 services où il est possible de rajouter des protéines animales selon les envies de la table.
Toutes les allergies et intolérances sont adaptées et ils proposent des plats différents. Ils ne contentent pas uniquement de retirer des éléments de l'assiette.
De plus, ils existent un choix de boissons sans alcool en accord avec le menu. Enfin des boissons qui ont du gout et de la complexité pour ceux qui ne veulent pas prendre de l'alcool. Les vins sont également choisis avec soin et ils suivent la même philosophie que les plats; naturels, bio et sans intrants.

Currently the restaurant offers 3- and 5-course menus, which can both be veganized on prior request. It's great that the veggie menu is cheaper than the non-veggie.
Read moreWe had the 5-course menu, and it was a nice experience. Although a couple of dishes were quite bland, including the dessert and the last date bar, some of the dishes were amazing.
The waiters are kind and attentive, but there were a few ingredients they did not know the name of in English, which is a bit disappointing.
Decent selection of beers, which were all tasty. We had two drinks, one of which was very good, and one veganized white russian which was ok, but mostly tasted alcohol.
All in all a good experience, but I think one could expect a bit more for the price level.
Pros: Some amazing dishes, Good beers
Cons: Some bland dishes, Ceviche tasted only acidic
