The vegan options were limited. But the main problem was the very slow service, rude and disinterested staff. Cannot recommend it at all. Typical tourist hotspot who feel they don’t have to try very hard

4 stars mostly for friendly waiter and nice outdoor seating - Edit
I was impressed by their many vegan options which were all clearly marked! I got a vegan salad with added smoked tofu to it. The salad was alright, felt fresh. The bread on the side however was dry but ok with some olive oil and salt (which bread isn’t?).

Had the worst meal and experience of our trip here. The staff were completely uninterested and looked annoyed by customers. The food was inedible. My partner’s veg was so overcooked he couldn’t pick it up with a fork and I left most of my lentil burger, it was dry, the bread stale and the chips tasted like old potatoes that were reheated. Quite honestly felt insulted that they served that food.

There were some nice vegan options, but the food took almost an hour to arrive and was just ok. We got the vegan bowl but the tofu was bad so they replaced it, then they messed up my partner's bowl (half the ingredients were missing). The vegan burger was good but cold. The staff were really nice and compensated us with free cake, but we will not come back..

I came there around 7 PM but the kitchen wouldn't open until 8 PM. I decided to take a beer and wait. When I ordered the burger at 8 PM, it took at least 45 minutes before it was served, whereas other people around me were served the aperitivo pretty fast. Once I had the burger I was disappointed by its taste

they have only bruschetta , burger and a quinoa bowl in vegan. But we wanted something italian and warm. As we want to leave they offered us vegan pasta with tomato sauce and Aubergine, that was fine. The regular pasta is not vegan

Family of 5 hit Bologna! - Edit
I've only been vegan since April and my family (husband and 3 children, 8, 5 and 2yrs) are not. Found this place on Happy Cow and was very impressed. Lovely people, lovely food and my three boys woofed down the salad bowls and pasta. Would definitely recommend.

I eat vegan and gluten free - and that’s a hard find especially in Italy! The waiters in this place not only knew what was vegan and how to adapt to gluten free bruschetta, they were caring and accommodating, and the food tasty and reasonably priced. They also had a salad bowl as an option that night. Good option if you’re travelling with omnivores, and the location was super central and lively - we sat outside near the hustle and bustle.

Vegan Bruschetta & Vegan Nutella-Filed Croissants! - Edit
Sweet little place near Piazza Maggiore. I ate there three days in a row during a recent trip, and the very sweet staff and I knew each other quite well by day three! Delicious huge plates of bruschetta with three protein-heavy vegan options, nice drinks and coffee, cute outdoor seating... and all the pastries are vegan! I took big bags back to my rental for breakfasts with friends. Strong recommendation to the orange cake and the filled croissants on the pastry side. Wonderful friendly staff with some English—tip them well, they are sweeties. Strongly recommend!
