Best vegan meal in austria - Edit
Blew away any expectations we had when we ordered the cauliflower steak, incredible. They had two vegan soups and two vegan mains on the menu plus a vegan lemon tiramisu which I recommend if you’re a lemon flavor fan. We were very impressed with the creativity given to the vegan menu items, such a refreshing change to many other places.

Amazing flavours and super friendly staff - Edit
We highly recommend this place. You can truly taste that the chef appreciates vegans as the dishes were extremely tasteful using mainly veggies. They have a nice choice of starters, mains and even a vegan dessert. Above that the staff is incredibly friendly.

Wir hatten als Vorspeisen die Sellerie-Apfelcremesuppe mit Erdnussschaum und die basische Gemüsesuppe mit Miso, Nori und Tofu, zum Hauptgang eine gebackene Süßkartoffel mit Kidneybohnen, Rotkraut, Rucola und einer Kräutercreme, und eine Bowl mit Glasnudeln, Kidneybohnen, Kichererbsen, Couscous, Mais, Avocado, Salat und Dressing. Zum Nachtisch ein Mandelpannacotta mit Erdbeereis und Orangenschaum. Alle Gerichte waren mit so vielen kleinen Details angerichtet und zubereitet, eine wahrer Genuss für alle Sinne. Auch der alkoholfreie Aperitif war sehr lecker, das Ambiente entspannt. Wenn noch ein paar mehr Gerichte zur Auswahl wären, wäre das natürlich toll, aber auch so würden wir gerne wiederkommen.

Very nice, very modern restaurant in the middle of Schladming. Amiable service and a menu with at least two vegan options for starter and main course. They also have a vegan dessert.

Modern restaurant with vegan options - Edit
There were a nice waiters and the food was really good. I mean, for non-vegan restaurant this was just incredible! They served the food amazingly, with art decoration(from some ingredients). I like that they are making typical food but in a different way. The flavors are unusual and they are using different ingredients.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. They always offer vegan options but when they heard that we were vegans they went out of their way to offer us more variety. At breakfast they personally pointed out all the vegan options (which were plenty) and also offered to prepare additional food for us. For lunch and dinner there were only two vegan mains on the menu and one vegan desert. Since we ate there 4 times, they made sure we get something different for every meal. The food tasted really delicious and was beautifully presented every time. I also really appreciated that they focus on seasonal regional products.

Read moreBei der Frühstückstafel gibt es eine größere Auswahl an veganen Speisen (Müsli, verschiedene süße und deftige Aufstriche, Obstsalat, Antipasti, veg. Butter usw.). Leckere Säfte (auch Muttersäfte). Das Restaurant selbst haut auch auf der Speisekarte von Vor- bis zur Nachspeise immer vegane Optipnen dabei. Alles ist sehr lecker und die Mitarbeiter*innen wahnsinnig freundlich. #Veganuary

Essen & Service waren super! Auch das Restaurant an sich ist sehr schön, einen tollen Außenbereich gibt es auch. Als Veganer ist man eine Auswahl oft nicht gewohnt, hier ist dies aber geboten. Super auch wenn man mit Nicht-Veganern unterwegs ist, die typisch Österreichische Küche erwarten.

Vegan friendly-ish - Edit
One of the only sit-down restaurants in Schladming with vegan options. It's more high-end but you can still go in with your ski boots on. The seitan dish is good, the curry is unexciting and mushy.
