Excellent vegan options! - Edit
This place had a full separate vegan menu with delicious nachos, street tacos, burgers, chicken strips you name it! The chef was so kind and had great recommendations for both vegan and meat eaters! Definitely stop by if you want good comfort vegan food!

Plant Based BBQ!! - Edit
This is a family owned place and the Chef/Owner Todd Brown and his wife are both eating vegan themselves so they have an entire vegan menu. The food was tasty. I had the garden chicken fajita wrap. The best part though was meeting Todd himself and his wife. He was such a great guy and offered me to taste a newly developed plant based vegan BBQ sauce. Come support this multiple generation black owned business. They will make you feel welcome and you’ll have a great time. #Veganuary

Jazzed that the arguably top vegan stop in Midland is a BBQ joint. Abundant vegan options, not an afterthought. Really good actual food - got a chicken less fajita and the street tacos. Spicy, flavorful, with lots of veg.

First place I’ve ever been where you actually have a choice between impossible and beyond products. The vegan breakfast options are both delicious. Family owned and operated by the nicest folks in West Texas. Already studying the menu for the next time I visit. Thanks guys!!

HUGE vegan menu and proof its a small world - Edit
I arrived just before closing, so was glad to get served as it's hard to find vegan BBQ anywhere, much less west Texas! Got to talking to the owner and it turns out he's getting his latest food trailer built by Custom Trailer Pros, where my brother works!? We immediately took a selfie to send to my bro, and then talked for the next half hour about how the trailer is going to be mostly vegan (plus lobster rolls), life on the road, his career of 20 years that started in a food truck and has grown to a storefront, with a new custom smoker AND trailer in the works. Definitely made my day, and I can't wait to come back thru Midland to try the rest of the vegan menu, altho it's gonna be hard to order anything but the Macc Daddy 😋

Best brussel sprouts EVER! Carmelized onions with balsamic vinegar and agave plus cranberries — perfect blend of sweetness to bring out the wonderful flavors of the sprouts. Also enjoyed the vegan tacos, cheese was super creamy and the taco impossible meat was cooked just right, tortillas also light and fresh. Generous portions at great price and super friendly service
