Great coffee, disappointing service & food

I ordered the Vegan Avo & peppers, patatas bravas , hummus, & coffee. I was unlucky enough to get an unfriendly waiter, who also got the order wrong bringing out Avo & Eggs. The Avo & peppers didn’t taste freshly prepared, & tasted bland, and like the patatas , the food was lukewarm at best. The hummus & coffee were very good. Overall I don’t understand why this restaurant is busy.

Pros: ,

Avo and Pepper on Toast

Went in for breakfast and hadn’t realised how much space there was inside. It is a pretty funky cafe and there is plenty of sweets to chose from as well. A few different vegan options on the menu. Had the magnificent avo and pepper on toast, the avocado was mixed w chickpea hummus, lots of green mixed lettuce, tomatoes and sprinkle of paprika, delicious

Pros: A number of vegan options for brunch, Vegan cakes , Nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Delicious!!

A selection of vegan cakes and vegan breakfast options. The avo toast is out of this world and amazing when paired with potato’s bravas and kale pesto side salad! They also do delicious grilled aubergine!!

Great vegan choices!

I highly recommend trying the dinner menu at Brother Hubbard North. I went with a group of vegans and vegetarians and we were delighted with the options (the menu has the vegan options clearly labelled). They serve their dinner menu Tue - Sat from 6pm.

You can view the menu on their website: https://brotherhubbard.ie/uploads/files/Evening-Menu-2017-05-29.pdf

You can also read their blog post about the evolution of their vegan/vegetarian menu options: https://brotherhubbard.ie/blog/pleased-to-no-meat-you-the-evolution-of-our-vegan-vegetarian-menu

Hipster hub with amazing vegan options

Loved having brunch here consisting of the avo and pepper toast with potatoes as a side. The food was amazing, the venue well designed and the staff super friendly. Coming from London the prices were okay in my opinion but if you want a cheap breakfast this restaurant is not for you. The quality of the food reflects the price though. Would definitely recommend this place if you want a hipsteresque contemporary cafe

Pros: Delicious food, Big Portions, Lovely staff

Cons: Quite expensive

Veggie and vegan options

Brother hubbard is cozy and hip with a Mediterranean fusion flair. There are several veggies options and one vegan choice. That being said you may be able to make some of the veggie ones vegan. They also had a vegan energy bar on the menu. I ordered the three salads plate, which was very tasty.

Pros: good food , Nice staff , good price

Cons: not too many vegan options
