Uninspiring vegan options on the day - Edit
Maybe we got them on a bad day but the vegan options on the brunch menu were uninspired. The salads and hummus were tasty and healthy but the meal did not break any grounds

Great vegan breakfast - Edit
Clearly marked vegan breakfast option that changes seasonally. The day I was there it was a roasted squash with lentils, pumpkin seeds and lovely sauce.

Delicious Food - Edit
Soup and a wrap for €11 euro! Soup is always vegan and I had a crispy cauliflower vegan wrap which didn't skimp on the pickled pink onions and the harissa mayo! Highly recommend

A true Middle East Feast - Edit
Vegan options in Ireland are, well, there is a transparent number of them most of the time.
Read more(In non specialised restaurants or pubs) If they have a vegan option, you can mostly choose from a burger, sometimes curry, seldom pizza.
At Brother Hubbard, there are not too many options to choose form either but boy, they deliver.
We enjoyed our evening very much - especially after we discovered that they offer a sharing menu. 😇
Food and drinks were delicious, the service (3 people danced around us 😯) was very friendly and helpful.
Just to be clear: "Sharing menu" does not mean half the food per person. 😉
Will definitely come back.

Too small portion, too less options - Edit
We had breakfast here. Unfortunately there were only two vegan options, I had the Baba Ganoush. The taste was good, but the portion was very small for the price. Another downside: very limited, boring and pricy vegan cake and bakery options.

Delicious - Edit
We had dinner here and the food was absolutely delicious. We basically ordered everything that is vegan and shared. Super flavorful!

Fantastic food - Edit
Brilliant flavours and portions. Vegan option to substitute eggs in breakfast was extra veg, which I wasn’t too sure about but was great. The warm hummus tasted as made from scratch and all ingredients were fresh. I’m a coffee snob and they made real good espresso.

Vegan Meze - Edit
Lovely vegan meze meal. The combination of flavours felt well thought out. The staff here were lovely and the service was very quick. There weren’t a tonne of vegan options on the menu but then again the menu in itself for brunch lunch wasn’t huge so as expected for a cafe catering for multiple dietary choices.

Great food, good vibes - Edit
Great place for a healthy brunch. It also has dishes with meat, so your annoying meat eater friends won't complain that they have to eat vegetarian/vegan food 😅

Great Middle Eastern food - Edit
Great venue for both lunch & dinner (have not been for brunch yet!). Staff are friendly, food is of a very high standard and there is a great atmosphere when the restaurant is busy (it is a big space). For dinner last night we went for the shared Middle Eastern feast - three courses - a mezza selection, a main & desert. For mains we went for the two vegan options - a delicious cabbage dish & one with dumplings and squash, with a side of potatoes in a tasty tomato sauce. Desert is a selection of 3 deserts - but there was only one vegan desert on the menu. The waiter mentioned this to the chef, who came up with three vegan treats - fresh fruit, a date & chocolate bar & some chocolate mousse. All delicious. Also my mother (non-vegan, in her eighties) has enjoyed lunch here. So, a lovely place, suitable for vegans & non-vegans of all ages!

Absolutely Stellar - Edit
Brother Hubbard has a diverse and delicious menu that easily caters to vegans and vegetarians. Their staff, albeit a little slow with service, are knowledgeable about vegan options and extremely friendly.
Read moreI ordered a soothing pot of Irish breakfast tea to drink and a Sister Sadie’s Mezze Tray with a side of vegan aioli. The tray was packed full of food (and flavor) and was way too big for me to finish. It included falafel, hummus, a veggie salad, flatbread, pickles, and a roasted eggplant. My only complaint is that the eggplant was icy cold, which was a bit off-putting. Otherwise the food was wow-worthy and I wish I'd had room to finish the whole thing.
Pros: Unique menu, Beautiful space
Cons: Slow service

Average - Edit
Been to BH a couple of times and it`s average, customer service is really, really, but REALLY bad, specially in the South one (Iv been there a couple of times). The North one is very spacious and really well decorated, lots of plants! A few vegan options.

Loved this place! Only had two main vegan options but the avo toast was absolutely amazing and super filling. The actual place was massive and super busy but the food came after two minutes and they seem to have a good system. Defo would come again just for that dish.

Yum - Edit
I’d have given a 5 star review if I could have (but it’s not a 100% vegan place so I can’t). The staff were really nice the venue was lovely and the food... delicious. Went here for brunch and had the vegan lentils on sourdough... very impressed. I look forward to going back.
