Great place, Vegan options for salad and their (unsure about if vegan sugar or not is used in dough, if any is used) sourdough bread (I think all of their sourdough bread is vegan)

I've been there twice, I like the salads (Some things with oil or something aren't vegan, one thing wasn't)

I'm not sure if the long green beans are vegan, it tastes a bit like meat, I will have to ask when I buy more there.

I wish they had an option to take specific sizes of packaging with from home, since their cardboard boxes probably can't be recycled, but the plastic can I assume, if places really do recycle it after a sorting process. Maybe if they can weigh the salad you buy instead.
And maybe compensation for meat if there isn't, since meat can cost more, making salads without meat more expensive, they haven't said anything is organic, but I just hope some of the items are, the spinach looked a bit organic,
in Denmark I think our governments controlled organic is better than other places, but not sure

Things to avoid

Falafel (made in the same as meat from what i remember)
Pasta for salads (not vegan)
breadcrumbs
I'm not sure if the berries have sugar on them, could be
nonvegan, but if there isn't sugar they should be

Pros: Salad options, Sourdough bread, Directly in library

Cons: Too complicated to know what is vegan, but they're, super kind, not a con hehe
