Retro diner, good vegan breakfast

This place is the new venture of the company behind the 'Lounge' chain. Its a former Little Chef and is one of several they have recently opened in Devon. The 1970s refurb is fab, down to the avocado bathroom suites! We sat in one of several comfy booths. We were here for the vegan breakfast: scrambled tofu, vegan sausage, wilted spinach, mushrooms, roasted new potatoes, beans, roasted tomatoes and sourdough toast. At £11.50 it is not cheap, and the portions were a little small (a second sausage and twice the tofu would have been better value), but it all tasted good and I would definitely visit again, perhaps in the evening to try one of their pizzas or burgers.

Pros: Great decor, Good range of vegan options

Cons: A bit pricey , Portions not over-generous

Pizza was just amazing!! Super friendly and helpful staff

Waitress was just amazing, suoer helpful and very friendly. I had vegan margarita pizza with an extra 2 toppings, and the pizza was so good! It was very reasonably priced and nicely decorated.

Pros: Couple of vegan pizza options , Vegan burger, Sides

Cons: No deserts 😭
