Chain of pretzel bakeries with vegan options. There are several types of marked vegan pretzels with various seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and poppy. The avocado chili sandwich, the planted chicken curry sandwich and the hot dog (when ordered with ketchup) are also vegan. Open Mon-Sun 5:00am-9:00pm.

Freshly baked pretzels, two sandwiches and a hot dog - Edit
You can always be sure to get a good pretzel from these outlets, often even warm from the oven. The variants with seeds on top are even better, though a little messy to eat. This outlet is located in the underpass of the Solothurn railway station so it's convenient to grab a bite on the go.

Who knew how yummy pretzels could be!? - Edit
This chain can be found in much of Germany and Switzerland. There's one right in the Neuchâtel train station which was super convenient since we stayed near by. The vegan pretzel options are clearly marked. I had to try all 3 kinds of course -- salted, poppy seed, pumpkin seed. All were fantastic. Highly recommend for a snack on the go!
