Great Vegan Burger selection. Mondays they do a 2-4-1 system on Vegan food.

I love BrewDog. Beers are good. They do Alcohol Free Beer on Draft. Easy to use App. Order and it comes straight to your Table. They do a 2-4-1 Vegan discount on Mondays. Order two Vegan food items and you only pay for 1.

Pros: Mondays 2-4-1, Most beers are Vegan

Cons: Could be more non burger options.

Loads of vegan options

Whole plant based section of the menu, including the option for seitan wings. Felt really inclusive and the staff were lovely

Great beer and good vegan options

I am a big BrewDog fan. Because I like the beer and that it is mostly vegan. As well I like the different vegan which are also highly recommended. Especially on Vegan Monday😄2 for 1

Great place

We loved the seitan wings. They were quite spicy, but we love that.

Better drinks than food...

... which is not to say the food was bad, it was just pretty medium. Chips were flavourless; luckily they provide salt at the table as well as pepper, hot sauce, and ketchup. Other sauces you do have to pay extra for. This brings me to the topic of price - expensive. It is in a central location in Edinburgh but even taking this into consideration, the prices were steep and so we got the most plain of the burgers as that was also the cheapest option. It was yummy, with a beetroot bun and some roasted red peppers, but nothing exceptional, and it wasn't very big (bf joked "where's the rest of it!"). Other vg burgers may have been more interesting but I'm on a budget! I had a cool (also expensive) drink too. Atmosphere nice enough, lots of business-y people came in around 6; didn't really experience it as a lively or exciting vibe, although it might get that way later on - we left around 18:30. 🙈

Amazing Beyond Burger

After spending 15 hours travelling to Edinburgh... we indulged in lots of beer and a burger. I chose the beyond burger and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've had! Along side lots of vegan beers/ales.

Pros: Decent, filling burger

Cons: Chips not included as a side

Cheated

I had the hail seitan burger!

Honestly, £9.50 for a tiny burger akin to McDonald's cheeseburger which is 99p.

Granted it was vegetarian, and hipster, but is kale really THAT expensive? I think not.

It should feel pretty cheated, no sides or salad, just that flimsy little burger all sad on the big rectangular plate, by itself. Its named after the god of the underworld, it was certainly ungodly!

Pros: It made me believe in seitan!

Cons: I now value the mcdonalds cheeseburger!

Most disappointing Burgers ever

It was such a disappointment! My girlfriend and I got the two vegan burgers on the menu (one of them was a vegan options), and they were honestly the worst burgers we've ever had. They were dry with little to no sauce, the topping was scarce, the seitan super hard and the burgers were overall tasteless. We also ordered fries on the side but they were greasy and not seasoned. To make things worse they counted the fries as a side dish instead as an extra (which should have been obvious).
Long story short, the burgers were more expensive than average and tasted terrible. Don't go, if only for drinks.

Hail Seitan !

We took refuge here during a storm in Edinburgh because we read they had some vegan options.

We weren't disappointed! There's 2 vegan burgers, Buffalo cauliflower, and fries available.

The clucky this time burger was super tasty. (Would suggest asking for salad on it ).

Great service too.

Pros: Seitan

Cons: loads of beers but not many other drink options
