Great Waffles - Edit
Living true to their logo of "because batter matters," their vegan waffles were sweet and packed with flavor. The portion appears small, but I was satisfied by the time I finished. I ordered the peanut butter and banana, and they did not hold out on either. I also ordered an iced rose latte with oat milk. The oat milk was just a $0.75 upcharge. The building itself is small but quaint. There aren't too many tables and I ended up sitting on one of the couches to eat.

You’re better off going to Starbucks - Edit
Went there as an alternative to Starbucks to study in their quiet room. Quiet Room is an ironic name because it’s anything, but quiet in there. Between the two elderly women who are talking up a storm to the couple eating as loud as possible.
