I had the Jammin Bennie. Thought it tasted great. But for $18 it’s a bit much for the size. I’d still eat it again, vegan breakfast options aren’t plentiful around here

They have a nice variety of vegan options. From pancakes to frittatas to burritos. Kitchen staff clearly needs training on preparation of vegan dishes. IF the food that is served was as the menu descriptions describe, it would be exceptional. We have been five times now, and the vegan food either has non-vegan food mixed in or there are items described in the menu that are not in the food. The Tres Leches pancakes are probably the most foolproof. The first time we ordered them, they were wonderful! On another visit when we ordered them, they were completely dry, missing the syrupy goodness that was on them the first time. When our waiter was trying to get the pancakes from the cook, the cook was yelling at him in Spanish. Our poor waiter was calmly and quietly asking him what he was saying as he did not understand Spanish.  We watched the cook slam the pancakes in front of the waiter, the waiter then asked for the strawberry that supposed to garnish the top. This ended up in more yelling coming from the kitchen and finally our waiter saying to him: “why do you have to be so mean? I’m just trying to do my job and take care of my customers… “  this was actually the second altercation between staff members that we observed. On another visit a middle aged male staff member was picking on a middle-aged female staff member. He kept getting in her space and poking her with his finger and saying “I don’t like you! “ the poor woman, was trying to stand her ground, but was near tears the whole time we were there as the man kept approaching her and pushing her with his finger. Where on earth is Management?? This happened multiple times in the middle of the dining room with a full restaurant. Anyway, we want to love this place and this area really needs something like this Restaurant, but I sure hope things improve. Our visit Thanksgiving morning for three people was nearly $100 and two of the three meals were cold when we got them, and, our waiter did not understand any of our questions about the dishes being vegan…

The venue was nice and open and bright, the only real reason for the second star, everything else from the service to the terrible flavors was utterly disappointing, not nearly worth the very expensive pricing, this might be the second bad review I have ever left a restaurant in my life and although I was hesitant to be negative, I just can't justify not being honest with myself and others, there are definitely better places in Coachella Valley to get a vegan breakfast.

Even though their veggie menu is small, they don’t skimp on the vegan meats and cheeses! The vegan breakfast burrito was delicious and came with vegan egg, sausage, and a side of beans and rice with what looked like vegan cotija. I was very impressed!

Love this place! I've eaten at the Newport Beach location a few times and this one is just as good. They're quite busy and still fairly new so it may take a while to be seated, but you can make reservations ahead of time if that's a concern to you. I've had almost all the vegan options and you really can't go wrong. Make sure you check their website or ask your server about the special. This last time I went they were serving tres leches pancakes and they were fantastic. They also offer non-dairy milks for coffees and teas and I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk which was super good as well. Cute inside and amazing service...will definitely be back.
