Delish vegan food - Edit
It’s so nice when you’re able to eat anything on the menu and not question if it’s vegan or not. Had delicious food during the mothers day high tea and a good variety of tea. We were glad we skipped lunch, since it was more than enough!

Great restaurant with a nice atmosphere - Edit
This is the restaurant of the theater and it’s fully vegan, which is super great. There were so many people eating vegan food 🤗 The food was great, i asked without nuts with my reservation and they changed the dish and the chef even came to check. We had the menu, it was about 37 euro’s for three courses which is pretty nice. There was also someone playing on the piano😄I will go back!

Delicious! True fine dining experience - Edit
We are both foodies and cook a lot at home, but Brasserie Amare is definitely exceptional and next level. I don’t think you find a comparable plant based restaurant in the Randstad region.

Far to expensive!! - Edit
Very small portions for a mega price. For a theater menu (no a la carte available) 37,50 and worse, a glas of wine 10,- or 12,-!! Really??

Bit too expensive for what you get - Edit
We went here for lunch on a saturday and we were the only ones. We had the burger which was good and came with nice fries, the flammkuchen which had a good taste but was way too small for this price and came with three pieces of lettuce and some tomatoes.. the bitterballs were good and the polenta sticks were of good taste but way too greasy. Service was nice, all English-speaking.

Service is chaotic and slow, but very kind people. Mostly tasty food. - Edit
Vegan fine dining ‘ish’ restaurant. Completely vegan (but do think they have ‘normal’ milk for coffee, honey etc. So check if everything’s vegan). Service was chaotic, with quite a few mistakes (wrong order/ long wait for order, no/ not the proper cutlery etc) , but we were compensated with free coffee/ tea. Staff is very very kind, but I think they still have to find their way. Some of the dishes were very delicious, however not very complete and small portions. After starter, main and dessert we (two small women) were still hungry.

Cons: Not clear which things are just vegetarian , Very chaotic service , Small portion sizes

Heerlijk gegeten, echt verassende smaken. Personeel heel vriendelijk. - Edit
Leuke plek, rustige uitstraling. Partner die niet veganistisch is vond het ook heerlijk en heeft geen vlees gemist. Elke drie maanden een nieuw menu. Verse producten en bijzondere combinaties. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
