chain restaurant with average food - Edit
food was fine. they wouldn't swap a breakfast item for an allergen and wanted to charge extra which I think is mean. food came very fast - much faster than my coffee which came almost as we'd finished eating. I'm glad it arrived when it did though, as I needed to soak the breakfast falafel for a bit to avoid breaking my teeth on it. otherwise staff were nice and coffee was really good.

Large Vegan Menu and Tasty Food - Edit
This place has a huge vegan menu on offer with so many breakfast, lunch and dinner options, aswell as vegan cakes. I ordered the Vegan Avocado Smash Breakfast and it was surprisingly so tasty and delicious! It was a unique tasting dish with only one piece of bread but the avocado was smashed and then chopped on top and it has chilli, peppers, tomatoes and other flavours on top. It was reasonable for the price and felt like really high quality food. The cafe/restaurant itself is nice inside and the staff are so friendly. I would definitely return just for the avocado dish alone!

I would go there again - Edit
They have a completely vegan menu that you can get on request. The food is delicious. We ordered a salad bowl. The portion was unfortunately very small, despite the price of £10.25. You are definitely still hungry afterwards. But it's nice to get something healthy in the form of vegetables and salad. The salad was served with quinoa and edamame, which I really appreciated. The location at the docks in Liverpool is great, especially when the sun is shining, the outdoor seating is a great spot.

A few options for vegan and gluten free - Edit
Close to the museums which was needed. I rarely get this many options in a regular eatery. I got a burger and they double checked that it was GF and took real care about it. Lovely service, fair price. Drinks quite expensive.

This place is located very conveniently if you are visiting the dock attractions. The vegan menu is a plus. We had the vegan breakfast - really nice, the felaful wrap and a salad. We enjoyed the meals. The service was very good.

Variety of vegan options, but poor jackfruit burger - Edit
This restaurant has a separate vegan menu to choose from. I was excited to see a 'Vegan Pulled Jackfruit Burger' on the menu and I ordered it, but I can tell you it's much more like a bean burger and I barely spotted any jackfruit (if at all!). So disappointing!!! It was such a let down after seeing the fantastic range of options available. Maybe you will have a better experience? The meal was well presented and the venue was nice.

great place for all the family - Edit
The Brasco Lounge in Liverpool is a lovely place to eat. The atmosphere, the staff, the location, the big windows, the chilled out music and the food & drink make it one of my favourite places to meet up. There is a seperate vegan menu, which is lovely, but if nothing is quite right for you you can tweek by adding extras or sides. (There are seperate gluten-free and kids menus too). Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are welcoming and helpful. There is a table containing activities for littles ones and if your dog is well behaved, they will welcome and cater for your dog too.
Read moreToday I had brunch with my daughter and step-children (aged 3 and 10 months). I had sweet potato waffles with avocado, black beans, lime and coriander, with a sauted mushroom extra. My grandson is weening - baby-led, so the staff did him little bowls of cucumber sticks, avocado, hummus and banana. There are plenty of accessible high chairs.
There is a choice of two vegan puddings - I have had the dark chocolate and coconut torte and can recommend it.
I like tea very weak and milky so they gave me two jugs of soya milk and an extra pot ot hot water.
You can help yourself to chilled water and glasses.
The drinks menu is varied and quality and includes hot, cold, smoothie and alcoholic.
There are a variety of tables and chairs of different styles and heights, and their are couches.
For me, it's hard to think of anything they haven't thought of - but if you do, I am sure they will welcome the suggestion.
Pros: Varied good food and drink, Great vibe, Staff friendly and accomodating
Cons: vegan chocolate & ginger torte no longer on menu

Nice - Edit
Good vegan options to chose from. The falafel burger is nice, could be some more interesting sauce on it. Salad was good but could have some more ingredients like nuts and some bite. A good option to eat cruelty free food in this area.

Just Okay - Edit
It's great that Brasco Lounge has a separate vegan menu, and after reading such positive reviews we were hoping for some good food. But what we got was just mediocre food. The food didn't taste bad, but just not great, and the portions weren't big, the food too oily, and I was given butter for a vegan dish!?

This place has a menu just for vegans which is wonderful and has plenty of options. I had the Goan Vegetable Curry which was amazing and a flapjack which was really nice too. Also the inside of the Cafe is lovely and light.

Great! - Edit
Ate here with a group of 15 people and they served us so quickly!

They have a vegan menu.
The falafel tastes more meaty here then in other places. Not dry or anything.
Overall: tasteful food and good experience :D

The best burger ever!!! - Edit
I discovered this place on my eighth visit to Liverpool.
Read moreThey've got a vegan menu, and I ordered the falafel burger. It's honestly the best burger I've ever had! It comes with fries and a house slaw that is amazing! I also choose both hummus and guacamole as burger toppings and they were (of course) awesome!
The restaurant is very cozy, and the staff is really nice and helpful!
The only bad thing is that I don't live in Liverpool (or England). If I did I would, seriously, eat here every day! :)
THANK YOU!
(Happy cow will only allow 4/5 stars for non-vegetarian restaurants. But I give their vegan menu 5/5!)
