Great gelato shop in Sorrento. They offer a few fruit flavors and also 4 different vegan ice creams.

Busy, limited choice and more expensive - Edit
It’s very busy and only 2 choices which are clearly labelled vegan: chocolate and light coffee. I had the coffee because it is hard to get something vegan that not fruit based or chocolate. Rice based for those soy free, GF cones but at €3 for a tiny scoop/cup it’s more expensive than majority of places. You’re expected to know that you have to go to till and order, pay and then take receipt to give to someone to serve you. Until I realised this I was left standing thinking why are they ignoring me. Didn’t find service friendly or helpful. Ice cream not very strongly flavoured at all but had a whole coffee bean in it which was unexpected!

Lovely gelato! - Edit
I had a cheeseless pizza with aubergine, which was meant to have mushrooms on as well but ah well. While the pizza was quite average, the vegan dark chocolate gelato was delicious and the strawberry sorbet was lovely too. Other vegan flavours are lemon/mixed citrus. Service was a little odd, with some staff being really lovely and friendly while others seemed a bit rude.

Vegan ice cream (not just fruit sorbet!) - Edit
They have two vegan ice cream flavours, the chocolate and the hazelnut which are made from rice. Such flavours are also sugar free so they are labelled as “light”… I believe it could be misleading, but possibly it works for diet-addicted non-vegan people too!

I got the coffee and chocolate flavoured vegan gelatos and they were soo good! I got a 3€ cup and it came with a decent amount of ice cream. I had to get a cup because the woman who served me said the cones had milk in them, keep that in mind and maybe double check if you decide to visit!

13 dairy free fruit flavoured gelato 4 rice milk ice creams (dark chocolate, hazelnut, cream and rice milk flavours) - ask which is dairy free as isn't obvious and you don't want to miss them (especially the hazelnut - tastes like nutella amazing!)

Not where happy cow said. It's near fauno. Finally found it and just boring usual flavours. No vegan hazelnut as someone else said. Left without ordering.

Perfect pasta, gelato & service - Edit
My husband and I stopped in to ask about vegan pasta choices and the waiter took perfect care of us and the chef created the perfect dishes. We were both blown away by the flavors, the pasta itself and the care and pride they took in preparing our dishes. We topped it off with a cup of half chocolate and half hazelnut rice gelato. Fabulous! We plan to go back before we leave. Addition: we can back and took an ice cream making course and pizza making—all was vegan!!! I love love this place!
