Best Vegan Dinners

You have to call and ask if they can do a vegan dinner but it is really worth it. Rosanna herself answered the phone and assured us it would be no problem. We went 2 nights in a row and would have gone more if we didn't have to continue our vacation elsewhere. Rosanna created amazing 6 course dinners that used produce from her property and each dish was creative and delicious. I especially loved the pasta served in parchment paper instead of a plate or bowl. They also make their own amazing wine. And all of this is a bargain, cost-wise. They also have 2 studio apartments that they rent - next time we're in the area, we plan to stay there and eat in the restaurant every night.
