We were a Group of 6 people and were only allowed to pick 4 different main courses for our table.
Read moreIt took 1 1/2 hours until our food arrived, which was rather cold. The portions were very small and really expensive (18€) considering the fact that none of us were full afterwards.

Best vegan epic food - Edit
Als vegan kan je in Botanique zeker terecht. Ze hebben de lekkerste vegan burgers, kapsalon, wedges, etc,.. een ruime keuze ook voor vegans. De vegan burgers maken ze helemaal zelf en dat proef je, beste van Hasselt en omstreken. Gerechten worden op een originele manier gepresenteerd wat het nog smakelijker maakt. Botanique heeft een zeer trendy en hip interieur wat helemaal past bij het eten wat ze serveren. De uitbaters zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen en houden rekening met dieetwensen. Wij raden Botanique aan aan iedereen die lekker wil genieten van vegan epic Food.

Tasty menu for 2 - Edit
We ate the menu for 2: 2 starters, burger of choice and special fries on the side. We had plenty of vegetarian options. The starters were exceptionally tasty.

Plenty of vegetarian options and some vegan options as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the edamame vegan burger. Be careful though, the menu is not very clear in the labels and sometimes it's difficult to know what's vegan or vegetarian!

Excellent for vegan brunch on Sunday - Edit
Note, that it is a veg-option restaurant, so they still serve everything meat, dairy... so attention not everything is vegan here, they however have a vegan brunch (minimum 2 persons) that was really delicious.

The place is also very pleasant, charming, warm with an atmosphere that is excellent.

I was very intrigued by the kapsalon, tried it and enjoyed it indeed. (I wonder if the smurf sauce is made with real smurf though. If so, is it vegan?)

The place is trendy in the center of Hasselt. There are a lot of vegan options and once ik a while, they do a tasting evening so you can choose the new menu. The burgers are really good and the “kapsalon” is the best!

I got the Feel Good kapsalon and bieterballen and they tasted delicious.
There are a decent amount of tables but better to arrive early or make a reservation in advance, because it can get busy (especially in the weekends).

Went here last weekend with some friends. Great and super friendly service, it was very busy (all tables were booked) but we didn't had to wait long for our food.
Read moreI had the vegan loaded fries and they were really tasty. Here they make them with sweet potato fries, which for me always is a plus. The dish is very colorful, almost too pretty to eat.
For me it feels this dish is the perfect combination of fast food and healthier food. It's not too greasy.
The portions could maybe be a bit bigger. I feel that if you're really hungry or a big eater this might not be enough.

Tried the Mexican salad and a BBQ pulled jackfruit burger. Both were just ok. We were hungry and happy to find vegan food. But wouldn't return for the food. Also felt way too expensive for what it was.
