Awful - Edit
Had pineapple fried rice, it was awful, no taste, looked like a side dish. Just rice with an occasional pineapple, and cashew. Cost 90baht. Wouldn’t go back.

I love it here! The address is wrong here, if you want to get to bongoes, google Yodyut Muay Thai, it's directly opposite. Very friendly owners understand what vegan means, and are happy to accommodate. I've been in Samui for 13 days, and ate in Bongoes 12 times!

Considering the limited options in the area, this is one of the better choices. I walked around looking at menus for a couple hours in Chaweng and the majority places have a couple option, but not a devoted section in their menu. This is one of the few places that does. Also, the woman who runs this place is usually around and speaks English. She seems to understand what vegan is about and respects it.

The food was okay but they DID know what vegan meant......they acknowledged no fish sauce, etc. Friendly staff.

Took us a while to find this restaurant as it is at the very top of Chaweng beach as you are heading toward Choeng Mon Beach it is approximately 20 metres down the road from Absolute Sanctuary. It was a pleasant family run restuarant. We had the tofu burger (with satay sauce), chips and tempura vegetables and they were very good at preparing all meals vegan.
