Visited for the first time after reviewing the menu, which seems like the vegetable and tofu Pho would be one of the two vegan options. The other would be stirred fries vegetables and tofu serves with steamed rice.

Upon arrived and reading the menu, and to my surprised the vegetable and tofu pho has two options, in chicken broth or beef broth. What a disappointment. I asked if they have vegan option, and the one vegan dish is the stirred fries vegetable and tofu with steamed rice. I emphasize, no animal broth, please.
I would not recommend this place to others, unless they love vegetables and tofu stirred fries.
Pros: Close by enough for me to meet up with friends

Every time I've come in asking for Pho vegan style they say they are out of the vegetable broth and only have beef broth. Don't waste your time driving here, or at least call ahead.

delicious banh mi and spring rolls - Edit
i ordered the tofu spring rolls and the lemongrass tofu banh mi and they were both really good!! it’s not exactly clear from the menu in-store whether the veggie pho is vegan (i saw options for tofu veggie pho in chicken broth or beef broth but not veggie broth) so make sure you ask before you order
