Bö is a pizzeria fairly in the center of Viladecans. Chiefly for delivery or take-away, but they do have a few tables inside.
There is one vegan pizza on the menu. But the vegetarian ones can be vegsnised by replacing cheese with their vegan mozzarella.
I tried three vegan pizzas on three separate occasions - all between 4 and 4,5/5, very good. The worst ingredient is actually the vegan mozzarella. It's good, but it also has a bit of an artificial touch to it. In other words, I've definitely seen better.
I also tried their bravas 3/5 (pretty lame) and samosas 3,5/5 (crispy, good dip, not bad all together).
Provided I got the menu right (it's all in Catalan, so I could well be mistaken) the potatoes and some of the tomatoes are locally grown in Viladecans itself. If really so, that's immensely impressive, I think.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
No idea what their name signifies - Bö sounds Swedish, but I don't see the connection.
They also have a vegan burger, but I didn't try it.

Any place that says that it is open on the door and online, but it's actually closed should be fined. To drive there 25 minutes only to find it closed - what a disaster and disappointing experience. 😞 Never again.
