The best among the 15k Vegan Banh Mi - Edit
Overall, I would say this is the best one among the 15k vegan Banh Mi, but not the Best Banh Mi in town.
Read moreI went there several times. Every time she heated the baguette on a charcoal stove, the ingredients were usually just mildly warm. The mock meat is ok, it is the vegan style in Hoi An as the locals like it this way. And for 15k, can't really ask for too much. But I found this one has more ingredients (mock meat, stir-fried smeared tofu, pickled red and white radish, coriander, some other green, and some chopped pickled veggies as well) than the other two vegan Banh Mi in the middle of the old town. And the lady has more smiles on her face too.
If you are up for finding all the vegan Banh Mi in Hoi An, this one is definitely worth going.
By the way, if you choose to eat the Banh Mi in the park next to it, watch out for fire ants on the grass.

Cons: Next to a busy road, A bit difficult to stop by because of the traffic, Not much seating and hot in the summer

The lady making the banh mi was nice. We requested for no mayo. I felt this one had a bit too much mock meat in it. It was ok, but not something I would go back for again.

Vegan/veg banh mi food cart - Edit
Delicious banh mi and great price ($.75-.80 usd). It has three separate types of tofu/curd and was a little spicy. Can ask for no mayo without issue. Found this cart right by the park and the owner was very nice. She shared she is also vegan. Highly recommend😄
