Convenient cafe close to the OSU campus with several vegan/can-be-made-vegan dishes. The salad is delicious and pairs well with the smoky seitan add-on. Nice atmosphere. I’ll stop by next time I’m in town to try more…
They just opened a little cafe attached to the bakery this week. No tables, small shop, however, I got the best grilled portobello sandwich I’ve ever had here today, and that’s saying something. Delicious. Just make sure to ask them to hold the cheese! #Veganuary
We usually eat here at least once a week and enjoy all the options for types of food but we won't be coming back because of their terrible customer service. We were used to cleaning and busing our own tables and picking up and ordering at the counter, but the smug and somewhat rude attitude of the employees was finally horrible today. We came in 15 minutes before closing but only wanted soup (which was still steaming in the soup pots) and were told the kitchen was closed. We inquired if we could get just soup and first she agreed but then said no, only to go so I nicely asked for the bread to go as well she tried to charge me $4 for the same 2 slices that come with in store bowl of soup. Again i asked as a courtesy could she include that but no RUDELY refused so i explained good customer service includes sometimes being nice when you don"t want to AND she would get no tip
We used to go here regularly. The few vegan options they have are good and not your run of the mill salad, hummus or fries that are often the only options at restaurants. The last time we went we got their vegan bowl that usually has vegan sour cream but we asked for the vegan cream cheese to replace it. They instead put real dairy sour cream. When we went up to ask them to correct it they took the dish and gave me a new one stating that they took off the sour cream and dug out some of the middle and then put the vegan cream cheese on it. I again asked them to correct it as I am lactose intolerant and dairy makes me sick. They were quite grumpy but said they would correct it. When we received it again they had simply scooped off the cream cheese and put it is a separate container on the side. There were still remnants of the original dairy sour cream on the tomatoes clearly visible. When I went back up the counter they were clearly done and refunded our order without any explanation or apology of what had happened.
The food is good, and the coffee is good. I've been there a few times now and each time is different. Sometimes I get the wrong bagel sandwich, but if it's vegan I'm not picky, so whatever (they've never given me anything non-vegan). Sometimes I have 6 slices of vegan bacon on the sandwich and sometimes I get 1/2 a slice. I think they're just so busy, who knows? At least it keeps me on my toes.
Hip atmosphere with good vibes. There were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options with more available veg substitutes. Large drink menu including cold pressed juice, coffee, and tea. Everything made with fresh local ingredients.

If you need a vegan option, this is it - Edit
It was decent for the price. But had the nearly normal, I didn’t like the way they prepared their tofu. It was a lot of good though.
