Eco Conscious Choice! - Edit
This place has lots of vegan options with plant milk often the default milk in beverages. Cups and straws are compostable. The company even discusses its mission to find a biodegradable straw that would break down naturally under any condition (not just composting conditions). I personally found the drinks a tad too sweet for my taste, but they were otherwise delicious.

Boba Guys - Edit
Boba Guys is extremely popular in SF. They use top quality ingredients including "Grade A Balls"... per their advertisements! I love that they have tons of vegan options. I always order the matcha or jasmine milk teas with oat milk. It's my favorite bubble tea chain in SF. Don't miss it.
