Impossible Burger comes with yellow tomato (which at first view “is that cheese?”- not), sliced dill pickles on the side and french fries which they will happily trade out for their “veggies of the day” (ask for steamed, no butter). You can ask for additional items to be added like onions & mushrooms. It is the size of a 1/2 lb burger...very filling and a bit heavy if you are not used to dense food like this. Good item to split with a friend. They serve this at lunch and dinner. at Bluewater in Barrington

Pretty spot but bleh food - Edit

I found the food to be overpriced and not that great. Waitstaff wasn’t well informed about what “vegan” meant and put mayo all over vegan burger.

Pros: Few vegan options , Impossible burgers

Cons: Expensive , Bland

Plant Based food with your very own Vegan Menu! - Edit

My heart be still! We went here with friends and I was not fully prepared for the great experience I was about to have. All my dining companions, including my hubby are omnivores and the only menu listed on line is their main menu where they have a couple of vegan items. When you get there at the bottom of the main menu it says “Vegan Menu available”! YES!! Here, you can actually order a vegan appetizer while your friends chow down on deep fried calamari. Fresh mango spring roll is yummy! They have beautiful creative salads too. I had the “ricotta” gnocchi as my entree the first time we went. It was incorporated into a pile of veggies (spinach, zucchini spirals, onions, and pine nuts). On my 2nd visit, I had the Impossible Burger. I have had it one other time while in Islamorada, FL but it was thin, where this one is a generous 1/2 lb burger. I’m not used to eating a food as heavy and dense as this and would suggest a share for anyone not used to eating dense foods like this. (It’s a fun food, not to be taken too seriously). There are other main entree items on the vegan menu and next time I am there, I will post an image for you. It was a pleasure to have my very own vegan menu and not have to go thru the process of asking the restaurant to change anything for me. I don’t think you will be disappointed.
