Love this little place

Great meal! Loved that I could get other things at the sister restaurant next door and eat here. I would go out of my way to eat here anytime in the NYC area.

Pros: Fantastic food, Friendly staff , Nice cozy environment

Cons: None

BEST vegan food we have had in all of USA!!!

We had a delicious pasta with olives and a brown rice dish with mushrooms, beans and salad. It was simply heaven! Real whole foods prepared with love, no fast food crap. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very vivid and nice. It was the best vegan food we have had in the US so far and have tried many vegan places! Right next door is a new vegan treat place that opened and belongs to this one. We got the best cheese cake and vegan ice cram there!

Pros: delicious healthy whole food, vivid and colourful spirit, nice staff, good service

Clean Vegan, Adorable Cafe, Glowing Food.

Good fortune guided me to Blueberry cafe today, which continued as the day turned out to be Taco Tuesday. When I walked into an immaculate setting of Rasta music, fresh food and friendly service, I asked for what's good and took the special. I tried a combo of walnut and black bean tacos with extra fresh lettuce and tomato with a delicious taco sauce. Then, ordered myself the soup, an amazing tasting cream of quinoa with chickpea bowl. All served on unique Jamaican style polished wood platters. Sometimes, every once in a great while, a meal lifts my mood to a degree of satisfaction beyond contement, into gratitude for being alive. This was one such meal, so I asked the culinary artist behind the counter for a smoothie to keep the groove vibes rolling. So much serotonin in my second brain, it's nearly unimaginable that this is the same New Jersey I used to know. Be nice to yourself if you're in the New York Metro, this place is only a ten minute ride from downtown Newark in a sunny part of town and rates a full 10 out of 10 on the Vegan Taste Ecstasy scale. Babylon don't live here, this is elevated food for Jah's beautiful people!
