Vegans won’t feel left out at this sushi place. 7 items on the simple nigiri vegan menu and 18 creative specialty vegan maki rolls. I had the Vegan Hot Night and it was delicious! Also enjoyed edamame and a seaweed salad.

I was delighted with Blue Sushi. There were so many options for vegans to choose from, presentation was beautiful, and service was beyond amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. We tried the tofu lettuce wraps to start, inari, vegan hot night, vegan black dragon, thai hippie, shiitake to me, green goddess, and cowgirl rolls. I recommend any of these. My favorites were the shiitake to me and the vegan black dragon. The vegan caviar was a little unnerving texture wise but delicious and fun to look at. The vegan cream cheese was heavenly as well. We somehow managed to save room for dessert and had the raspberry sorbet and chocolate ganache for dessert. If you get anything here you have to try the dessert, I was blown away. They couldn’t have made the food a better experience in any category. My only note is that they do have fish in tanks inside the restaurant but the restaurant is obviously not solely vegan so can’t be too upset by it.

I hadn't had sushi in the 3 years I've been vegan so I was super psyched to try this place and was NOT disappointed. I got the unami maki and veggie maki- both were absolutely delicious. the vegan cream cheese they use is astounding as well. just wonderful. good prices and sweet staff as well too. they were absolutely PACKED and my food still came out just perfect. there's a little bit of a wait time but totally worth it.

The food was literally so good! The dessert is good too but there is a trick to eating it! Eat the chocolate pieces with the raspberry fruit on the plate, and eat the sorbet on its own! But the food was so good!!!!! Get the fried tofu as a appetizer with the soy sauce!

One of the things we missed the most when choosing a plant based, healthier, more sustainably minded diet was the flavor and fun of sushi. We ordered takeout tonight and tasted seven of the more than twelve vegan rolls they have. None of them disappointed. The seaweed salad was the only mediocre item, along with the amount of plastic they use in their packaging which they also charged us $4 for! Looking forward to ordering again or one day dining in.

So many vegan rolls. The best was the shiitake mushroom, Green Goddess, vegan ikura, because it had some seafood flavor/aroma if you used to enjoy fishy sushi. The vegan cream cheese one called Unami Maki was creamy and delicious as well. The chocolate fudge was excellent. It’s one of few places that offered nice vegan dessert. The service was great as well from the receptionist to the server. They said more vegan dishes will be added next week.

Many options for vegans - Edit
I was never a fan of sushi before being a vegetarian. However Blue Sushi has started an obsession for me. They have so many vegan roll options, not to mention many appetizers and small plates to choose from too. I look forward to going back and trying many new items. Some of their vegan items are fried In the same oil as non-vegan things. Which is important to know, if you do not like that.
Read moreIt is a little expensive so I recommend going during happy hour which is from 3-6:30 M-F and 12-8 on Sunday! Parking is limited, but they do offer valet for 5$. If it is a crowded night, the food can take awhile since they are hand rolled.
Overall this is a place worth checking out!

A lot of vegan options (and I think they’d be happy to alter nonvegan ones as well), excellent service (Amanda in particular) and a lovely environment. My favorites are the cowgirl roll and the chocolate ganache. I’ve enjoyed every visit.

11 Veggie Rolls on their menu, 9 of which are vegan and I'm certain they would custom make the other 2 without feta or cream cheese if asked. In fact, I'm certain they would customize any of them if asked.
Read moreMy girlfriend and I are from California and we have NEVER encountered so many options for vegan sushi. We were blown away. We ate five or six rolls between the two of us, each one unique, and all were delicious. We told them how delighted we were and they gave us dessert for free!
If you loved sushi before going vegan, this is the place to go. I really wish there was one of these restaurants near me in California.

Blue Sushi has an amazing selection of vegan friendly sushi (10+ rolls)! The sushi is inventive and there are good portions for the price. The atmosphere is high end so it's a great place to go with family or on a date. I couldn't recommend Blue enough if you are in Fort Worth and want some amazing vegan sushi!
