Pretty decent vegan food for North Texas

While visiting relatives in Denton, we went to Blue Ginger based on their recommendations. Many of their entrees include "vegetables" instead of meat as an option, and their rolls can be customized of course. The food was tasty and I'd go there again.

Pros: Tasty food, Good-sized portions, Friendly staff

Cons: Crowded on a Saturday night
