Lunch Special is such a good deal - Edit
I get the yellow curry with extra veggies. The side of naan is worth it to me because its so pillowy soft.

Open later than most - Edit
An acceptable veg-friendly place, but not outstanding. Good on a pinch or when you want a later dinner - seems like Asheville restaurants mostly close at 7 or 8!
Read morePros: Open later than most dinner places in Asheville, Tasty tofu curry, Low-key and pleasant
Cons: Smelled a bit like their frier vents were clogged, Noodles in the Peanut noodle bowl were old/dry

Tasty and lovely atmosphere - Edit
I love visiting Blue Dream on a sleepy rainy mountain day. The restaurant is cozy and the vegan options may not be plentiful but they are delicious.

Very tasty, several vegan options - Edit
The kerala meen can be made vegan if you order it with seitan, and it was delicious. The flavors are expertly concocted. There are also a few other vegan options on the menu

My fav Indian! - Edit
I either order the Yellow curry or the Panang curry. I order them with extra veggies instead of tofu. The nan bread is vegan!!!

Great food, can be affordable - Edit
Their menu is small but good. The 2 vegan curries account for a large proportion of their menu. Three are vegetarian, only the green curry is neither. And they are yummy! The plates include vegetables by default and they are different for each curry. There is a substantial upcharge for protein, so with veggies only the meal is cheaper (which is nice it's hard to find affordable food in Asheville!). There are 2 vegan proteins, tofu and a locally made seitan called No Evil Foods chicken. It's really yummy and the company is great! There is a vegetarian paneer that is house made. The panang curry is my favorite! Info as of July 2019

Definitely Better for Lunch - Edit
As the other reviewers mentioned, the vegan offerings are limited but delicious. The yellow curry is absolutely amazing. The lunch and dinner portions are the same, but it’s much more expensive for dinner.

Limited, but worthy! - Edit
There are only a couple of vegan options but they're stellar and you won't need anything else. Full of flavor, decently priced, and filling! Even better if you opt for No Evil Foods (locally made vegan wheat meat) being added to your dish. Tips are built into menu prices. Service has been good during all of my visits. Also, naan bread is vegan!

Best Thai/Asian Food Ever!! - Edit
My family and I decided to get take out from here on a quick trip to Asheville and omg it was so delicious! Love that they had vegan options labeled on the menu too:) we tried the Thai Basil Spring Rolls, Panang Curry, and the Sweet and Spicy Rice Bowl--they were all amazing! Also loved how they had brown rice for no extra charge. Really good customer service and not a lot of waiting time (10 minutes for takeout). If you are in the area, definitely consider stopping by!!

Just 2 vegan options, but worth it - Edit
I'll start by saying I have never, ever liked coconut-based curries. Ever. Until I ate at Blue Dream. They have two vegan curries on the menu at all times (Mello Yellow and Panang) and sometimes they can veganize a special. Nothing else on the menu is vegan; it's got ghee or honey or cream. Still, every time we go we tell them to offer vegan options of more of their curries. Maybe one day.
Read moreLong story short: It's very good, and worth going. Plus they carry No Evil Foods as an addition, so that's excellent right there!
Pros: Middle of Downtown, Consistently good, Fast, unless packed
Cons: Only the 2 vegan curries, nothing else is vegan

Delicious, Very Veg Friendly - Edit
There are several curries on the menu, most of which are vegetarian or vegan. You have the option of adding homemade paneer or tempeh to any of these.
Read moreThe curry I had was absolutely excellent. The restaurant itself is one of the highest rated in Asheville, but somehow its veg-friendliness is very good
