Pedimos un menú de mediodía. Pedimos ensalada de falafel de primero que para mi sorpresa estaba muy rica. Los falafels estaban sabrosos y el tomate y el aguacate muy buenos. De segundo un wok de tallarines con verduras y tofu, que estaba bueno pero no para tirar cohetes. Lo que sí que me gustó fue la tarta de zanahoria, la cual encontré muy buena, muy jugosa y muy rica. En el precio de menú entra café, tienen leches vegetales lo que hizo que pudiera pedir un café con leche de soja.

Hemos tomado con café con leche de soja y una tostada con tomate. Para desayunar no hay más opciones. Nos ha ofrecido varios pasteles pero se ve a la legua que llevan queso o huevo... Luego me ha intentado ofrecer otro pastel con huevo diciendo que eran naturales... Le he explicado que ser vegano es por los ingredientes no por la procedencia... No muy buena opcional para desayunar... The waiter doesn't know what vegan is so she offers all sort of things that have animal ingredientes, be careful and get just a toast to be sure...

We went to Blu Café to have breakfast. They habe classic vegan options as avocado toast and tomato toast. They don’t have any vegan dessert/sweet. They have soy milk for the coffe.

Café con patio en el centro de Santiago, tienen opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Pedimos el wok de arroz con verduras y tofu (8€) y la hamburguesa vegana (8 €). No es para tirar cohetes, es comida básica pero aceptable. Te hace salir del paso a buen precio (la patty de lentejas de la hamburguesa muy sabrosa, y el pan muy bueno, pero quizá le añadiría algo más aparte de lechuga y tomate al plato).

Es un sitio pequeño en pleno casco antiguo, muy agradable, tranquilo y con muchas opciones veganas. Tienen algún plato con carne pero casi todo es vegano o vegetariano. Nosotros tomamos hamburguesa vegan, wrap de hummus y empanadillas veganas; muy rico todo!

Únicamente fui al bar a desayunar los 4 días que pasé en Santiago. Me pareció una muy buena opción desde el momento en el que lo vi. Tienen una carta de desayunos con bastantes opciones veganas, especialmente las saladas, todas las opciones dulces son vegetarianas. También en el menú del día y los platos para comer, como pude ver, tienen siempre opciones disponibles e incluso tienen tarta vegana. Lo único que eché en falta fueron opciones dulces veganas, ya que con el café siempre ponen un trozo, pero no es vegano. En mi caso, únicamente pedí la tostada de tomate y aceite y la ración es grande y está muy rica, al igual que el café.

We had the vegan burger, which was actually listed before all the other traditional burgers on the menu card. As vegan food is normally an after thought to most places where you can find the vegan section in the end of the menu card, it’s nice to see that they promote it more here. The burger itself was bland, though. There was lettuce, tomato and a patty in the burger, but no sauce of any kind. I feel that it could’ve easily been spiced up by some vegan mayo and olives or something. The burger bun was also unlike the previous posted photos, so it may vary. Ours was more dry and flat.

The place would be actually quite nice and the vegan chocolate cake was also good (even if it looked very ugly) but staff was pretty ignorant and not very friendly or helpful (maybe just if you don't understand spanish very well?)

Delicious food! Pricy but not more than the average in the city. Really lovely. We had the vegan burger (yummy) and the avocado toast. Recommend! Not very friendly staff but it was very busy at the time.

The carrot cake was the best carrot cake I’ve ever had, and I loved the falafel wrap and the cappuccino as well. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, definitely recommend it.

Came here twice, once I had a vegan burger (7€) and once a falafel wrap (7€) - both were delicious, freshly made and nicely spiced! In the evening they also have a menu with starter, main course and coffee/beer/soft drink for 11€, but when I was there, the vegan main course was already sold out.

I had cappuccino with soy milk (they had also out milk) and falafel wrap (quite big, delicious, but also super easy). Nice staff and definitely with options for vegans.. maybe next time I would try avocado toast .😄
