Plusieurs visites, toujours un régal

En plus du cadre, en bord de Seine à Vernon, il y a plusieurs options végétariennes voire veganes. Le chef est jeune et sait adapter ses recettes.
Il travaille avec des produits bio, et locaux, y compris pour les boissons : grande sélection de vins, bières, kombuchas etc...
