Cozy café/restaurant with all day brunch - Edit
This place is located a bit outside of the center but it is probably the best option in Olten for vegan breakfast. You can have brunch everyday and they also offer lunch. All their pancakes can be ordered vegan and they have a few other dishes. The selection is not big but decent 😊

Decent vegan options at unusual location - Edit
One wouldn't expect a vegan friendly restaurant so far away from the town center. While it's not earth shattering, it's great if you live or work in the area or want to try something different.
