Very good place for degust vegan sushi

Located between Parc Monceau and Sacre Coeur, rue des dames, this brand is the second location for Bloom sushi, 100% plant-based offering “botanical” sushi.

Opened on October 4, 2023, what a pleasure to see quality 100% plant-based brands flourishing.

A large bonsai and a mirror on the ceiling welcome us to this place which gives us confidence.
I was able to arrive at the opening to take photos before the first customers arrived.
I noticed illustrations of fish in the toilets and I am sure that here, I will not eat them and they will not cook.

The service listens to the customer

In the dishes, we can see:
- Japanese tapas (miso soup, Edamame...)
- California makis, spring rolls, futos makis and hosso makis.
- A salad and noodles are also offered.
- A discovery menu and a double menu are on the menu allowing you to taste a good number of dishes on the menu.
- 4 desserts are available, such as a panna cota (within a week), a cheesecake, a dessert of the moment, and frozen mochi.

I was able to have a discovery menu with Edamame, Gyosas, and 14 pieces of sushi!

I enjoyed it, the presentation, the taste, the colors are a visual and gustatory delight!

I will try the desserts on my next visit.

In short, a new place to discover plant-based sushi in a very chic setting.

Pros: choices, Decos, welcome

Cons: not enough desserts
