Read moreDisgustingly rude service. There appears to be a culture of apathy and rudeness among staff. Evidenced today Sunday 16th February 2025 by the young lady waitress. Absolutely rude and borderline offensive. How dare you!?
Bankso and Bulgaria are competing on an international level yet members of staff here think it’s OK to be rude and completely unhelpful to customers from all over the world.
To the staff who work here - this is not your restaurant but please try and represent it on an international level.

Depressing burgers - Edit

Read moreOne vegan option - two horribly average sad looking burger patties (dry, no bun, no sauce) which were called 'noMEATBALLS' on the menu. Normally served with salad but we asked for chips and got a pathetic pile of anaemic fries. Had to scavenge our own sauce after asking several waiters and getting a grunt in response. Rude, slow service
Pros: Good location , Nice outdoor seating , On the slopes
Cons: One vegan option , Two sad burgers and a miserable pile of fries, Awful rude service
