Nice place, but weird opening hours

This restaurant was in the street near to our hotel, and I noticed the vegan options on the menu. I asked if they had plant milk for coffee (yes!) so we went back the next day and they were closed all day. Day after we went back at around 7 PM and again they were closed. Later that week the lady owner told us they are closed one Thursday a month (not sure which one) and closed every day between 5 PM and 7 PM. We had coffee there a few times, and that was good coffee. We also ate there once and that was fine. Nothing special, some fries and a vegan burger and vegan nuggets.
