Why can't all restaurants be more like this? - Edit
[censored]' Kitchen is a wonderful example of how even a small menu can do vegan right! Despite the menu being small, they have MULTIPLE vegan options in each category! Wow! Why can't everyone do this?!
Read moreMy favorite thing was the fried cauliflower appetizer which we got with both VEGAN creamy garlic sauce and VEGAN chipotle aioli. The basket of cauliflower was massive and uber crispy. We took half of it home.
My entee was the vegan biria tacos which were filled with saucy mushrooms, chickpeas and cashew cheese sauce. Scrumptious!
I love that they offer a plethora of mocktails in addition to their own beers and cocktails. So you can be vegan and sober and not feel like a pariah at a brewery. Major points to them there.
The inclusivity is much appreciated and it made for a very enjoyable evening. Serioulsy, why can't all places be a little more like this!??!

We LOVE this place! - Edit
This is such a fun, casual place with delicious food and great beer/drinks! The vegan options are plentiful and amazing! We have also gone there with non-vegan friends and they love it as much as we do! The cauliflower wings are to die for -- and all of their sauces are vegan! I crave their kale salad with crispy chick peas. My husband loves their mushroom pizza and the tacos are great too! Inside and outside seating---just a really cool place!

Best Vegan Taco at a Restaurant - Edit
I loved this place when I went recently with two cat-loving friends. The cat-themed decor is one-of-a-kind. For Jersey cats, it is easy to get to. It's right off the bridge from Trenton. There is street parking and parking around back.
Read moreI was most surprised by having the best vegan taco (besides my husband's) here. The vegan birria was exceptional. The stewed chickpeas and cashew sauce had some magic in them.
The beer is very good as well. It would be nice if they labeled what is vegan, but staff is friendly and will help you. I liked that you could get different sizes. My friend enjoyed a cocktail, and I noticed they had quite a few mocktails as well.
The place was filling up on the Wednesday evening I was there for a trivia night. I look forward to coming back and trying other menu items.

Read moreI ordered cauliflower wings. The BBQ sauce tasted like it was molasses with brown sugar and maybe a touch of ketchup. It was inedible.
The cat decor was cute.
I appreciate that the menu changes with the seasons so I may try it again if I’m invited out 🤷♀️ but certainly won’t suggest it.
