Best restaurant I’ve ever been too - Edit
Best food I’ve ever had with great ambiance and kind staff. Went twice when in Copenhagen. Once for breakfast where I got the tofu scramble on toast with an americano and danish. All of it was amazing! Went back for an apérol spritz, pasta carbonara, and tiramisu. All vegan and divine! Must visit!

Nice place, good food - Edit
Nice, popular place in the city centre. We had the sourdough bread with seasoned olive oil (yummy) and the fried oyster mushrooms (very nice but a bit too salty) as a starter and then we just had to try the spaghetti carbonara. The cashew sauce was very good. Could do with a bit more 'bacon'.

Best pasta I've had - Edit
Their food left me speechless. The kind of food that makes you close your eyes and simply enjoy.
Read moreWe had the spaghetti carbonara (def recommend), a burger that they accidentally brought us (that ended up being for free even after offering to pay for it) and the burrito. Also a traditional dessert that was delicious

Very recommended - Edit
Came here because of the good reviews and were not disappointed. We had the Middle Eastern Buddha Bowl, the Hot Dogs and the Tiramisu. Everything was absolutely delicious. It was quite busy but the staff was relaxed and friendly.

Extremely delicious food, we can recommend. Just our waitress was a bit unorganized, but she was always very friendly and we guess she just was new there, so no worries for us 😄

Outstanding tasting menu! - Edit
In October 2023 I went on a solo trip to Copenhagen, and this meal might well have been the highlight. There was a 3 course tasting menu on that week, starting with a mushroom risotto, followed by a cordon bleu, and finally a chocolate and peanut tart. Every part was delicious, and well crafted. It was a very enjoyable evening.

We went three times! - Edit
Family of 4 (2 teenage boys) from England. We’d heard about this restaurant during our research before we travelled and we ended up eating here three times during our three night stay. The food is beautiful. My wife and son especially loved the carbonara. My other son had the burrito twice. Really lovely little place with friendly, kind staff. Highly recommended.

I almost don’t believe its vegan - Edit
Bistro Verde has a very colourful and delicious international brunch with a bit of everything. I went with a non vegan friend and she couldn’t believe that the sausages, the brie and the scrambled “eggs” could taste and look so similar compared with the animal based products. I as a vegan loved it too! The fruit was ripe and the staff was friendly. The menu and the location is a perfect option for tourists.

Awesome place for a date or dinner with friends - Edit
Cozy place with some outdoor sitting as well. Good to have a reservation. Selection of food varies from international to more local dishes. You can try more than 2 positions from the menu if u go for small plates. Also great for sharing. The food is tasty and well balanced. Staff is friendly and open to explain anything you might have questions about.

Tasty food but a bit dull options - Edit
The restaurant looks pleasant and the food was good. The menu was quite dull for a vegan restaurant (falafel bowl etc.). Long waiting times.

We were in Copenhagen for a stopover and looking for vegan food late in the evening. Even though the kitchen was closed, the kind and friendly staff offered to make us burritos, which delicious, served alongside mocktails and Tiramisu. Fantastic experience!

Pretty good - Edit
We visited here in May, on marathon weekend, it was pretty busy-we were glad we booked.
Read moreThe plus sides-there’s a nice vibe and friendly service, the range of alcohol free drinks is impressive (we all enjoyed the 0% aperol spritz!) and the starters we ate were delicious (recommend the mushrooms!).
On the flip side the mains were ok, we all had pasta or gnocchi and it was nice but not amazing-there are better vegan Italian options in Copenhagen. It’s not great for omnis-there are lots of meat and cheese alternatives and they’re not the absolute best and we’re too big an adjustment for my omni friends! And the service was unbelievably slow, we had our mains around 2 hours after arriving and we were so tired! We’d been excited for dessert but skipped it and headed home instead.
Good for a vegan group, for a leisurely meal. Not so much in a hurry or for omnis.

Bistrot Gastronomique - Edit
I highly recommend the "steak" with the whisky sauce 💚 Nothing presumptuous, simple and tasteful just like your regular bistro with everything vegan ! That is the kind of ambiance I miss since I'm vegan: a real gastronomical experience.
