bad aftertaste

We had a 3 course menu because of the „dinner week“ in copenhagen, that was really good. Service and atmosphere were also nice.

But unfortunately we had to witness the terrible hygienic behaviour of the chef after we had our dinner. Using the toilet with his kitchen gloves still on and not washing his hands before going back to work into the kitchen is an absolute NO GO and totally disgusting!

Hi Kukii, are you sure they went to the toilet? We have our dry-storage and cleaning storage in the hallway next to the men’s room. In any case I’ve raised this with our head chef, but I’m very sure we are talking about entering the storage area and not toilets!! Sorry if this gave the wrong impression, I completely understand your feeling:(

sorry to say but absolutely yes.
the door to the hallway was standing open so we could see where he was going. my husband used the bathroom 10 min before - so no doubt…

I’ll find out what happened, thanks for letting us know about this. The gloves are changed whenever entering the kitchen again, but I don’t understand why they weren’t taken off before leaving. I’ll be sure to investigate and take corrective measures - you should of course never feel like hygiene is an issue and it is clear we failed to make you feel safe. I apologise for this.
