Great dish in a nice setting - Edit
There aren’t a lot of vegan options in Sint-Truiden, so the fact they have a vegan vol au vent is very nice. The vol au vent is creamy and full of mushrooms and “chicken”. I ordered fries to accompany my meal and they also make their own “dough basket”. I recommend!
