Wonderful little organic shop/cafe - Edit
This review it's been due for a few years but we were not using Happy Cow at the time. It was such a great and pleasant surprise to bump into Bio Thomar as we were entering the city on our bikes coming from Faro, and the greatest culinary experience on that journey.

Wonderful health food store with lovely owners! They offer daily vegetarian/vegan menus, we had a great vegetable soup as a starter and a bean stew on couscous with salad as a main. We were happy to find such a place in Portugal.

I was so grateful to find this place for some healthy homestyle vegan meals while traveling for quite a while. All produce sold in the market and used for the daily menu of the cafe is locally sourced. The shop is small but they manage to offer some special items that are not so easy to find elsewhere. And, it was a pleasure to meet the lovely couple who own this shop/cafe and bring a loving and peaceful atmosphere to the place.

I visit this shop many times. They stock alot of products which you can never find in a regular supermarket. My favorite products to buy would be, gram flour, wild rice, bio tofu, and vegan cheese with oregano.

I went looking for a organic shop in town and fond Bio Thomar, plenty of variety and hight quality vegan products. Stoped by to buy a shampoo and ended up having a delicious vegan lunch in a very peacefull place. The hosts were very friendly and available. Certainly a place to stop by.

Good organic soup and sandwich with quality ingredients and locally sourced tofu. We enjoyed our lunch here very much. This was the only vegan place we could eat at, so we were happy to have found the store.
