No longer Bio 72, but good - Edit
Bio 72 is no longer. This is now Dal Barese and they were very accommodating. I had delicious pan-fried mushrooms and orecchiette with broccoli rabe. Nothing on the menu is marked vegan but thanks to the terrific server, we ate very well.

È stata veramente una bella esperienza. Abbiamo ordinato due piatti (allego foto) veramente spettacolari, attirati dalla tipicita delle orecchiette alle cime di rapa. E che dire. Le migliori orecchiette alla cime di rapa che abbiamo mai mangiato, con un sapore veramente unico e un utilizzo di olio e cipolla veramente prelibato. Fantastico

Friendly but not a lot of options - Edit
Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only 2 options though when we were there. We had the orecchiette con cime di rapa without anchovies. Bit pricey for a simple dish, but enough for a lunch.

You mainly pay for the location in the old town - Edit
We ate the homemade filled pastas, which were extremely tasty (really: one of the best ever eaten), but the portions were for toddlers. We had literally 5 pastas on our plat. I understand that homemade pasta takes time to prepare, but still: the amount of food was not in accordance with the price.

La gérante a demandé au/à la chef.fe fe me réaliser un plat d’orecchiette sur mesure ! Avec des tomates, des câpres, et des champignons c’était délicieux !

It wasn't my favourite place. Food was expensive. Lots of meat on the menu, specially octupus.
Read moreI find pasta in puglia too Al dente. What I had was too hard for my liking. Veggie carpaccio was OK, but it could have been sliced a lot thinner.

Not bad despite limited vegan options - Edit
It's a shame none of the pasta is vegan but vegans can order a mix of antipasti/starters and those are very tasty. The vegetarians I was with loved the homemade pasta, especially the mushroom tortellini.
